Request Linkin Park guitarist Brad Delson to wish list teams who wanted to tour, and is ready to respond. "We told our manager," Select the group, and we can tour with them. "Our music speaks so many directions that there is almost an unlimited number of interest groups with whom we can play .."

Delson naturally proud of the diversity and the apparent uniqueness of the band first album "Hybrid Theory (the original name of the group). Built on a rock hard, aggressive base, flavored with hip-hop vocal style and develops electronic, Linkin Park sound quite imagine achieving enhanced at the band amazingly powerful, and the obvious song. But almost everything about Linkin Park has not yet been executed, including their origin in Southern California.

Delson and leading / vocalist Mike Shinoda attended the same school together, where Delson also met with a group of drummer, Rob Bourdon. Shinoda is linked with DJ Joseph Hahn while studying painting at the Pasadena Art Center. The final part of the puzzle was singer Chester Bennington, a transplanted Arizona, who started making records when he was sixteen. "Since I learned to speak, as I say: the world will become a singer," laughs Bennington. "When I was two, I used to run around singing songs aliens - There are bands that I do."

The combination of wealth Bennington, mammoth vocal style clicked immediately with Shinoda emceeing the street. "I think one of Chester and Mike aim is to be integrated as possible" suggests Delson. "We want our sound to find that people go, 'Oh, this is Linkin Park", not "I heard this part of hip-hop, and now they hit me on the head with the chorus rocks. We want that all the dynamics, but also a complete taste, so you'll know that listening to the band. "

This is consistent that the style and instantly memorable songs, which have attracted attention from the immediate publication of the tender after the first exposure to the band famous whiskey. After the values in the city, and eventually black with Warner Bros., A group began working on their first album producer Don Gilmore (Eve 6, Lit, Pearl Jam). "We met many people and has a very difficult time to decide, says Shinoda. But Don, a number of things to do very well, was the one who could really push us as sponsors. As a result, this final album, which is well designed and melodic as confrontational, with a strong lyrical message.

"We are trying to make real things, through our words, whether the feeling insignificant or questioning your own thoughts or find the hidden part of you."
Weaving influences like Deftones, Nine Inch Nails, Aphex Twin, and the roots of a single whole, Linkin Park Hybrid Theory, and are living proof that a new combination of talent, unwavering commitment to excellence, and pure artistic vision can lead to a powerful musical statement. "I wanted all my life, and I feel really blessed to be here," said Bennington. "There are a lot of hard work and dedication and faith, you can get through to do anything, and reality."
