Ja Rule

Biography: Born Jeffrey Atkins, there was once a member of Queens, New York hip-hop trio cash Click. Ja Rule made his solo debut in 1998 with the "tell", his contribution to the soundtrack from the movie belly. After his success to tell, he was released Venni vetti Vecci next year. 

A native of Hollis, Queens, 21-year-old Ja-Rule (born Jeff Atkins) began his career guesting on Mic Geronimo'S "Time To Build", B-side "Masta IC" in 1995. This is a Blunt / TVT Records surface, gravel voice of MC was able to win agreement for his team, cash, click on the same label. If the company will keep showing your own merit, then Def Jam latest rap phenomenon, Ja Rule is doomed to greatness. Juggling the role of DMX in the Ruff Ryder camp and Jay-Z Roc-A-fella weekend, 21-year-old native of Hollis, Queens has the responsibility for some of the hottest hip-hop lyrics. Rhyming at the age of 16 years, I have (taken from his initials Jeff Atkins) made his first vocal appearance on Mic Geronimo in 1995, "Time To Build", B-side of Mic Geronimo'S "Masta IC" As producer of the track and other Hollis, Queens neighbor, Irv Gotti heard of Ja Rule on the road, and immediately called for their services. Based on the strength of its first appearance, I and two friends, the name of "cash Press signed an album deal with Blunt / TVT Records. Their first and only one-,'95 'S "Get The Fortune," B / W "For My Click" saw rotation, in New York on Hot 97. After the first effort, longtime friend Irv Gotti, I had a meeting with the president of Def Jam, Lyor Cohen. In a strange turn of events, Lyor, impressed by Irv street sense and business acumen, hired as a representative of A and P, which was the first company to sign Ja Rule on Def Jam. So that people can recognize I called for his party's contributions from Jay-Z in the Smash "can I get my first ...", a moving tribute to the efforts of the street. Songs such as the introspective "Only Begotten Son," the heart "Daddy little Baby", and inspiration "The race with time, represent only part I am well rounded first opus."
